Collect the "Keep It Up" badge when you complete your first workout.


Collect the "Way To Go" badge when you complete your second workout.


Collect the "Feeling Good" badge when you complete 3 workouts in a week.


Collect the "Strong Abs" badge after you tried all of the recommended core exercises.


Collect the "Extra Mile" badge for completing two extra exercises in one workout.


Collect the "Ready to Rubmle" badge after you have 4 of the 6 pieces of recommended equipment.


Collect the "Building Bone" badge after you have completed 3 workouts a week for 3 consecutive weeks.


Collect the "You're in the Groove Now" badge for knowing how to do all of the back exercises without having to watch the videos.


Collect the "Combo Moves" badge for doing all of the combination exercies in a single workout rather than the arms and legs exercises.
