Beef Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 12 ounces of steak, cut into 2inch strips
- 1 bag frozen broccoli florets
- 1 can sliced waterchestnuts
- 1 can sliced bamboo shoots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 T squeezable ginger
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 3 T rice vinegar
- 3 T sesame oil
- 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
Preparation
- Add ingredients to a wok except for the broccoli
- Cook on medium heat, stirring often, until steak is cooked to preferred doneness (about 8 minutes for medium rare)
- Cook broccoli in the microwave according to the directions on the bag
- Add broccoli to the stir-fry after the stir-fry is cooked
